Christian's biological mother and father, and his older brother

Christian was lost in the foster care system. He was born to parents who were addicted to drugs. The state took Christian and his older brother away from their parents and placed them into the foster care system. The boys were placed with a woman who some question may not have been qualified to care for the boys. Christian died just 5 days after being placed in her care. His death is being investigated. The foster mother is in jail but insists she did not hurt Christian and that he had come to her with a scar on his head following a fall from the last foster family he was with. The investigation is ongoing. Christian's older brother, who too was in foster care, was returned to his parents the day following Christian's death.
