Senators demand justice for boot camp death
They want the medical examiner commission to investigate why two autopsies had opposite conclusions. The senators also want to know why no one has been charged with Anderson's death.
“In America, in 2006, you'd think that after the world saw Marty Anderson being beaten on a videotape, that by now, someone would be arrested," said Senator Frederica Wilson (D-Miami).
We spoke with a medical examiner commissioner, who says he's denied their requests.
He says it's still a police investigation.
When that's over, he says the medical community will begin its investigation.
